PSIT gradually advanced to greater heights from 2006 onwards. More buildings were constructed through the kind assistance of local officials and political leaders. Furthermore, through the assiduous efforts of the academic community led by the College President, Dr. Enrique G. Baking, DHVCAT was able to partake of a substantial amount from the Bacolor Rehabilitation Act for campus development. Under the new faculty and staff development program, instructors and non-teaching staff were given financial support to pursue graduate programs along their respective areas of specialization.

PSIT Kanpur is the leading institution in AKTU and recognized as one of the best engineering and management colleges in UP, Managed by Sahyog JanKalyan Samiti. PSIT stands out as a premier centre of higher learning with a mission of pursuing excellence in education and research. A 10,000 Ltr per Hour RO Water Plant, a 500 KW Solar Power Plant and a three-chambered Vermicompost Plant (which is capable of converting entire campus waste into organic fertilizer) are some of our endeavours towards this commitment.

PSIT is a home to exquisite state-of-the-art infrastructure which includes an auditorium, modern workshops, high-tech labs, spacious seminar halls, well-stocked libraries which are well connected with internet access at 500 Mbps (STM-1), a 24×7 Power Backup enabled through 33 KV Power Line and an efficient transportation network with a fleet of 30 air-conditioned buses. PSIT offers various courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Management and Computer Applications . It provides a variety of stimulating environments for intellectual development, free-thinking, and personal growth, challenging its students with dynamic learning opportunities and equipping them with the skills, insights, attitudes and practical experiences that are necessary to take up responsibilities in the society.
